The Adelaide Airport 2007 Taxi Driver of the Year Awards commences on the 1st August and will run through until the 31st October 2007.
Drivers are selected from appropriate commendations together with acknowledgment of the driver’s attention to the following criteria:
1. Driver Knowledge and Skills
2. Courtesy and Helpfulness
3. Driver and Vehicle Presentation
4. Safety and Comfort
5. Service to the Elderly and People with Disabilities
Passengers can share in more than $20,000 worth or prizes just by nominating the winning driver each month. Fill out the nomination form carried in each taxi and return it to the address shown on the bottom. If the driver is chosen as the best, the passenger who nominates him or her will be eligible to win $1,000.
A judging panel will interview all of the winning drivers to determine this year’s Adelaide Airport Taxi Driver of the Year. Drivers are asked questions relating to the taxi industry; most particularly about Customer Service and Tourism.
Help your Taxi Driver get the recognition he or she deserves by asking for a nomination form for this year’s Taxi Driver of the Year.
